The Committee members noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2749) aimed at creating institutional, judicial and organizational principles of functioning of clear system of state support that has to allow minimization of negative impact of state support on competition and international trade, contribute to creation of equal conditions for activity of economic agents on the trade markets of Ukraine, stimulate state support of regional development of developing regions, realization of important nationwide projects, technical development and innovation.
The bill suggests amending the Budget Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code, the Code of Administrative Legislation, laws “On the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine” and “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.
